May 9th - Freshman 4:45 to 6pm (please wear your white shirt, black shorts & white bow from try outs)
May 10th - JV 4:45 to 6pm
May 10th - Varsity 6:15 to 7:30
- This is a new time and date; we had to adjust our schedule due to the PHS Physicals taking place on May 11th!

**Wear the white shirt, black shorts & white bow from try outs with your hair in a high pony. Absolutely no jewelry.**

Date: Thursday May 11, 2023

Time: 5:00pm (Must arrive at start time to be seen, First come/first serve basis)

Location: Pieper High School

Who: Incoming 8th-12th graders in athletics

Cost: $25 (paid in advance via RankOne). $45 at the door NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED

-       Please get your BLANK physical form from one of your coaches or print it off from RankOne (below). Physical forms and waivers must be signed and returned to your coach/athletic trainer PRIOR to the date of the physical so that they may be reviewed. DEADLINE – May 1, 2023

-       Cardiac testing will be completed for current grades 8-11 courtesy of August Heart (https://augustheart.org) Waiver must be signed and turned in prior to testing

-       Physicals will be performed from Pieper Warriors team physicians – Sports Medicine Associates of San Antonio (http://sportsmedsa.com) Waiver must be signed and turned in prior to screening

-       Must Have an updated Physical on file with the Athletic Trainer before you are able to participate in any athletic practices (new physicals must be dated after May 1, 2023)
